May the peace of Jesus reign in your heart and be ever on your lips!
It has been such a joy for all of your priests to spend time with our amazing school family! It is the highlight of my work week, that I get to spend Wednesday morning with our school children and staff. As a parish, we are committed to seeing our school thrive and to continue to improve.
Mrs. Hunt and I are so grateful for all of the encouragement and affirmation for us to continue on the path of excellence that Jesus has set us on. We, together with you, are an amazing team to ensure that our children receive the best academic formation and are given the opportunity to get to know- on a first name basis- the Lord who created them and has such wondrous plans for their lives!
My heart overflows with praise to the Lord that He continues to be with us and to guide us through these challenging times! I cannot honor our teachers and staff enough for the sacrifices they are making for our school children and school families. Let's unite our hearts together as we lift them up to the Lord and beg our Jesus: continue to bless our school, continue to keep our teachers, staff and children safe, continue to multiply the graces and glories in all our hearts!
Be assured of my steadfast prayer!

Keeping OLGC Safe
The approaching holidays are definitely concerning, especially with our increasing numbers across the country! Wayne County, as well as the CDC, have issued specific guidance for the holidays and family gatherings. Please see the Wayne County PDF document below and CDC's guidance. Thank you for continuing to make prudent decisions to keep our school community safe.

Reminder: Be Sure to Self Screen
It is imperative that every child is self-screened before coming to school in the morning. By sending your child to school, you are declaring that you have completed the
Daily Health Screener
and that your child is not exhibiting any of the symptoms or conditions listed.
If you answer "YES" to one or more questions, you must keep your child home from school.
In addition, the
Student Symptom Decision Tree
should be used to assist you in screening your child for potential COVID-19 symptoms or exposure. Your cooperation is essential to keeping our students and staff safe at OLGC.
