On Divine Mercy Sunday, the Church will celebrate one of its most anticipated events of this Jubilee Year of Hope, the canonization of the first millennial saint, Carlo Acutis. You may be familiar with his name or have perhaps heard about the future saint who wore sneakers and played video games, but this remarkable boy from Milan is far more than his 90s kid hobbies. He shows us how extraordinary love for God leads to extraordinary love for others, love that transforms people and draws them to the heart of Christ.

 

Premiering on April 2 on FORMED, The Boy from Milan, the newest documentary in the Based on a True Saint series, will share the stories of three people who personally knew Bl. Carlo Acutis. People whose lives were transformed by his faith.
